This one is a winner–an excellent combination of flavors..wine, garlic, soy, soothing but not too strong.

GOODY! Now I know what to do with the other part of my 5 lb. pork tenderloin…big sale at Kroger’s, roasted half Sunday for company, other half is in freezer. This recipe sounds scrumptious. Think I’ll carmelize my onions and use, since I don’t have package of Dry Onion Soup mix :o)
