ALAPAHA, Ga. - Hogzilla, a near-mythical monster hog that roamed south Georgia, is about to get a little bigger. An independent filmmaker is producing a horror movie about the super swine called “The Legend of Hogzilla,” and has even enlisted the beast’s killer on the set as an adviser.

Jo, I don’t know if you’re aware of it, but either National Geographic or Discovery channel beat this story to death a year or so back. As usual, however, the truth of the squealer’s epic proportions were, while still a record, somewhat less than the area’s folklore would have us believe. Noe of which, of course, is sufficient to convince a filmmaker that there isn’t a buck or two to still be squeezed out of the mixture.
Hollywood is really bored I think. And they keep re-making stuff. Where are the new stories (that dont suck)?
